Do you charge sales tax?
No. We don't charge sales tax, because we pay sales tax on items you buy from us. This way we don't have to charge you sales tax, helping deliver items to you as the lowest possible listed prices.
What methods of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept payment through Wix payments. They are a trusted and verified payment processing service, ensuring that your payment information is kept safe and confidential.
How do you ship and do you charge for shipping?
We ship all all produts utilizing USPS priority mail. We insure all items for the full product value.
Do you accept returns?
Currently, because we are a small business, we do not currently accept returns on products. However, we do insure all of our items that are shipped and if your product arrives damaged, we will be able to file a claim with the delivery service.
I notice you sell on Mercari and Poshmark, why not buy there?
Mercari and Poshmark charge taxes and shipping and take commissions meaning that prices are higher for you.
Are your items authentic?
Yes! We always buy our items from retailers and never third party vendors. Rest assured that any product that you purchase is 100% authentic. Whenever possible all products include original packaging and tags.
Why are some of your prices higher than retail?
While a majority of our items are substantially below retail prices, we recognize that there are some items that are extremely limited in production or difficult to obtain. In order to provide you with these limited or difficult to obtain items, we offer them to you at prices competitive with any other seller you find online.
Why aren't all your prices lower than your Mercari or Poshmark prices?
The price you see here includes shipping and insurance. On other platforms, you pay sales tax, and shipping, costs that all incurred by the buyer. Here taxes, shipping, and insurance are all included, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Are your prices firm?
Not necessarily. While we try to offer products to you at a great value, we may be able to offer you a better discount.
